Your first class (of all ongoing classes) is always free to try! $5 for a single class or $50 for a 10 class pass. Cash, check, or card accepted. The 10 class is pass is good for a year and is non-refundable. You can also click on the link above to pay online. Checks are made out to Rachel Bass-Guennewig (I have a stamp of my name so you don’t have to write it!).
Monday 5 Week Series Cost:
$10/single class $40/5 class pass (to be used within a year of purchase)
What to bring:
A yoga mat, a small blanket (to sit on or put under your head), and a bottle of water. I have several yoga blocks and straps to borrow, but feel free to bring your own if they are important for your practice. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Yoga is usually practiced in bare feet, but you are encouraged to do what feels right for your body. Mats are not needed in the Chairish class & you are welcome to keep your shoes on in the Chairish class.
